Shipping & Return Policy
1. Order Processing & Fulfillment
The Itinerant is a curated marketplace. Each timepiece is sourced directly from our network of independent watchmakers and microbrand partners. Because of this, order processing and shipping times vary by brand.
- Processing Time: Once your order is placed and confirmed, it is sent to our brand partner for fulfillment. Please allow 3-5 business days for the partner to process and ship your order.
- Fulfillment & Shipping: All watches are shipped directly from our brand partner's facility. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched by the partner.
2. Shipping Times, Costs & Methods
Shipping timelines and costs are determined by the specific brand partner and your location.
- Domestic Shipping (Within the United States): Most partners offer standard shipping with delivery in 5-10 business days after processing. Expedited options may be available at checkout.
- International Shipping: We are happy to ship internationally! Shipping costs and delivery times (typically 10-20 business days) will be calculated at checkout based on your destination. The customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
- Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on the partner's rates, your location, and the selected shipping method.
3. Tracking Your Order
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our partner's facility. If you have not received tracking information within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@theitinerant.co.
4. Shipping Address & Changes
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of order placement and are not guaranteed once the order has been handed off to out brand partner for processing. Contact us immediately at support@theitinerant.co with your order number.
5. Damages & Lost Packages
- Damaged Upon Arrival: If your watch arrives damaged, please contact us at support@theitinerant.co within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will work with the brand partner to arrange a replacement or resolution.
- Lost in Transit: If your tracking information shows no movement for more than 7 business days after the expected delivery date, please contact us. We will initiate an inquiry with the shipping carrier and our partner on your behalf.
6. Returns & Refunds
- Return Window: We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for items in new, unworn condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at support@theitinerant.co with your order number. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Returns must be sent to the designated brand partner's facility.
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective item. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.
- Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected by the brand partner, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Non-Returnable Items: Customized, engraved, or final sale items are not eligible for return unless defective.
7. Our Role & Partner Policies
The Itinerant acts as your curator and guide. We handle the customer relationship, but the fulfillment and specific shipping practices are managed by our trusted brand partners. Their individual policies regarding packaging, insurance, and carrier choice may apply. By placing an order, you acknowledge that shipping is fulfilled by a third party.
8. Policy Updates
As a new brand building our partnerships, our specific shipping partners and detailed timelines are subject to change. We will update this policy accordingly. The policy in effect at the time of your order will govern that purchase.
